I 100% recommend Bobby and Lama. Bobby is very helpful and he is honest and has empathy and patience and will give his time to you to help you with anything you need and he will answer any questions you have. He is a very kind and friendly person and will make sure to satisfy your needs. Lama now works at a different location but she is awesome because of her helpful service and because she really gives you full attention to help you with anything. Both of them are very reliable.

I can't speak for others, but my appointment here was probably about as good an experience as I could ask for. Not only did the banker (Chris) do her due diligence on the notes I provided prior to the appointment, she was patient and knowledgeable with my questions. She even provided me with information that I was not previously privy to, and therefore would not have known to ask, such as the branch-specific offers and stipulations. For 3 weeks, I have been dealing with a very frustrating wire transfer experience with Wells Fargo, and the customer support phone service has provided no meaningful assistance. Finally, I went into this branch to receive in-person support. Due to the inaccurate information that I previously received over the phone, I expected to be able to receive certain forms only if I visited a branch in-person, when in fact, they do not supply/have access to these forms.
