I can't speak for others, but my appointment here was probably about as good an experience as I could ask for. Not only did the banker (Chris) do her due diligence on the notes I provided prior to the appointment, she was patient and knowledgeable with my questions. She even provided me with information that I was not previously privy to, and therefore would not have known to ask, such as the branch-specific offers and stipulations. For 3 weeks, I have been dealing with a very frustrating wire transfer experience with Wells Fargo, and the customer support phone service has provided no meaningful assistance. Finally, I went into this branch to receive in-person support. My experience with Wells Fargo (Legacy & Coit location) has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I’ve had with any financial institution. I had over $160,000 in my account for a long time, and not once did anyone from the bank advise me about important account details — like the fact that if my balance ever dropped below $20,000, I would be charged a monthly service fee. In this bank there is a lady with the name THan, she gives a super embarrassing service, she almost yells at you, she has no experience in customer service, I am with Wells Fargo for 14 years, but with this service, I plan to close my account, be careful with this person.
