Terrible customer service at Preston & Parker location. They are very rude and arrogant. Mr. Awad Rashid, the branch manager, is even worse. Never go back to this place again. Nothing damages a business more than when a staff handles poorly and then manager backs her up. I just simply wanted to deposit a check that I did couple months go. I am NOT impressed at all.

Ive had a bad time at this bank myself but a client went into this WF and they completely insulted him. This is BANK 101. He told them the fact that his father was dead and the account was frozen. He didnt hide it. They should have investigated his mothers SS payment and explained how it would be either returned to SS or corrected. The bank has every right to refuse details of the actual account but it should not simply ignore his bed-ridden mothers claim concerning her own federal payment. I join the chorus: this is the absolute worst Wells Fargo branch on the planet. A girl named Chris is the only saving grace to this place. My father had just died. My mother was in the hospital. I’ve been pretty hurt… They knew both facts. And still they treated me like a problem to be crushed. People who pose to be kind are often not. I had to take care of some very complicated banking. This was my first time in Wells Fargo. Yesenia did an excellent job. She was very knowledgeable, professional, and courtesy. When I am in this area and have to conduct bank business, I will make sure to come to the Legacy location! Thanks.

The bank manager here didn't want to approve a cashiers check, kept us for almost 2 hours across two days. Of all things a cashiers check from another major bank, he tried to pawn off the duty on the person who opened out account. Everytime we have come to this branch it has always been nothing but problems over the smallest things.
