My experience with Wells Fargo (Legacy & Coit location) has been one of the most disappointing and frustrating experiences I’ve had with any financial institution. I had over $160,000 in my account for a long time, and not once did anyone from the bank advise me about important account details — like the fact that if my balance ever dropped below $20,000, I would be charged a monthly service fee. In this bank there is a lady with the name THan, she gives a super embarrassing service, she almost yells at you, she has no experience in customer service, I am with Wells Fargo for 14 years, but with this service, I plan to close my account, be careful with this person.
