My last 2 visits tellers were not at the drive thru. I waited at least 4 to 5 minutes for anyone to serve me. Seems the bank is having tellers working both indoor and outdoor customers. Friendly as they are Wells leaves alot to consider concerning customer service.
*** Update. You did not delay the funds you removed them entirely after they had been fully deposited into the account for 2 days. Do not lie and try to say the money was on a hold from the beginning it was not! The money was all available in the account and you removed it. Also your branch managerwas absolutely no help and is saying there are goingto be overdraft fees and there is nothing that can be done about it. I opened up one account and added a signer to another account. Pierre was awesome. He made us feel valued and part of a family. I have 6 accounts with Wells Fargo and by far, Pierre and the team here are by far the best I have ever dealt with in banking.
