13 minutes to make 2 check deposit-we were the only car in the drive through, with only 1 person inside. Always terrible service at this location- other locations are great. Makes me want to change financial institutions. Drove over to SECU and parked and went in to make a deposit and was in and out in 2 minutes and 5 seconds.
The staff are always friendly, courteous and helpful.
I'm a teen that just opened my first checking account, and I had a really great experience here! Don't remember the name of the lady that helped me set up the account but she was super considerate and did a great job explaining things to me! I really appreciate the time she took. super glad I found a good bank I feel like I can trust.
No customer service at all! They need to take lessons from 1st Citizens down the road.
This is the slowest wells fargo I've ever visited. It takes 30 mins to complete drive through service. You need to fire or train more people here.
