Super slow and under staffed. Waited in drive through while the only cashier was helping a customer. She finished with that customer and decided to help another customer that arrived after me. I'll take my business elsewhere that values their customers.
If I could give this bank a 0 star rating for their current inaction for my needs I would.
13 minutes to make 2 check deposit-we were the only car in the drive through, with only 1 person inside. Always terrible service at this location- other locations are great. Makes me want to change financial institutions. Drove over to SECU and parked and went in to make a deposit and was in and out in 2 minutes and 5 seconds.
