This is the slowest wells fargo I've ever visited. It takes 30 mins to complete drive through service. You need to fire or train more people here.
Slowest around at drive through and had a customer service rep eat skittles entire time i was opening an account.
Not even really a branch of a bank. They steal your money and branch manager can only call 800 number. Avoid at all costs.
Made an appointment to talk to a banker. Went early and wasn’t greeted by nobody then we finally sat down to wait. When finally someone said we will be right with. Finally the lady that I had an appointment came in 15mins late. The whole we were there she kept trying to hurry us up when we went in to try to get information about all the types of accounts they have to choose. Felt like I was rushed on choosing something I didn’t want. Didn’t like how she kept trying to point fingers at us for making her leave late. Not a fan.... read more
