I'm a teen that just opened my first checking account, and I had a really great experience here! Don't remember the name of the lady that helped me set up the account but she was super considerate and did a great job explaining things to me! I really appreciate the time she took. super glad I found a good bank I feel like I can trust.
No customer service at all! They need to take lessons from 1st Citizens down the road.
This is the slowest wells fargo I've ever visited. It takes 30 mins to complete drive through service. You need to fire or train more people here.
Slowest around at drive through and had a customer service rep eat skittles entire time i was opening an account.
Not even really a branch of a bank. They steal your money and branch manager can only call 800 number. Avoid at all costs.
