Had a broken leg but was still required to hobble in to do my banking business by drive thru teller.
Absolutely useless when protecting your acct from being hacked AND PUTTING YOUR MONEY BACK. DO NOT USE WELLS FARGO EVER. MOVE YOUR ACCTS TO A LOCAL BANK WHERE YOU HAVE A LOCAL PERSON THAT KNOWS AND CARES FOR YOU. The quicker you move your accts, the better.

Imagine a manager not showing any empathy or compassion for an overcrowded bank with one teller and a line that goes out the door. Only instructing people to do their business online or go into the drive-thru line for the ATM even when the customers stated they weren't interested in online services. 2 managers on duty but neither stepped up to assist the teller. Relationship banker Jonathan Vargas provides a level of service that is hard to find these days. I needed a check endorsed for an insurance claim and it required many hoops that needed to be jumped through. He listened to what I needed and advocated on my behalf, repeatedly answering the same questions. He showed professionalism, patience and perseverance until my problem was actually solved.
