Went in to open a bank account which I already started online. They said to bring two forms of id no appointment needed and I would be good to go. Get to the bank and the teller refuses to open an account because that is by appointment only. Don’t even waste your time. Place is useless
Waited in the drive thru for over 10 minutes. Lady took my debit card, DL and money. Wasted my whole lunch waiting for help. Either close the drive thru or have more help. Ready to pay off the credit card here and be done.
Tried to deposit money in my wife's account with a deposit slip signed by her. They will not accept it. Explain the logic of that? Is it fraud? Is it lazy? Is it elitist? Is it poor Customer service? No wonder my money, retirement, and investments arent here.
Michelle Carillo was extremely unprofessional. When we asked for help with a simple issue, she was rude and acted very immature as if she were arguing with a sibling instead of offering support. This kind of behavior is unacceptable from a manager and reflects poorly on the business. Her attitude stinks and is as big as her back.
