I would like to highlight the service I received at the Wells Fargo Bank located at 1625 South Blvd, Charlotte, NC on June 4, 2026. Both Shon Pettis and Lauren D. Williams were friendly and exemplified great courtesy and professionalism during my visit to this location. They answered my questions and explained the wire transfer process in detail. I highly recommend doing business at this location based on the stellar service I received. Thank you!
Could not complete my transaction for no fault of her own. Wells Fargo is just a horrible bank to deal with.
I don’t know why it’s so important for the three branch staff to keep talking about random stuff while a customer is standing in front of them, waiting for her to pull up the account. This is very unprofessional. You are working not on vacation!!! I have never experienced this at other banks.
