I recently had a flurry of in-person bank activity, which I dreaded, knowing that banking is not always efficient. My opinion has changed due to T Reese and her team at the 1625 South blvd location. She is organized, conscientious and a PERSONAL banker. I have had several opportunities to work with her over the last year and highly recommend her services. I want to commend Mr. R. J. Jackson, Regional Banking Manager at the Dilworth Wells Fargo Bank for his outstanding customer service. I recently experienced a great deal of difficulty with a problem with my account. I called the 800 number and was not able to get the situation resolved. I also visited another branch with the same result. I went to the Dilworth location and Mr. Jackson took the time to look into my account, found the error, explained why it occurred, and fixed it on the spot.
