Could not complete my transaction for no fault of her own. Wells Fargo is just a horrible bank to deal with.
I don’t know why it’s so important for the three branch staff to keep talking about random stuff while a customer is standing in front of them, waiting for her to pull up the account. This is very unprofessional. You are working not on vacation!!! I have never experienced this at other banks.
I recently had a flurry of in-person bank activity, which I dreaded, knowing that banking is not always efficient. My opinion has changed due to T Reese and her team at the 1625 South blvd location. She is organized, conscientious and a PERSONAL banker. I have had several opportunities to work with her over the last year and highly recommend her services.
