BEWARE OF THIS BANK THEY PROVIDED ME WITH A COUNTERFEIT $100 BILL. -I recently switched employers and was waiting for my direct deposit to kick in with my bank, so I decided to use Wells Fargo to cash my check since it would be cheaper than going to a check-cashing agency because their name was on my checks. Long story short, on one occasion they provided me with a counterfeit $100 bill, and now they are refusing to refund me or conduct a proper investigation."

The absolute worst. Me along with another woman just walked out because we stood in line for 15-20 minutes and they had one teller. The line didnt move. & Not once did anyone look up, acknowledge, apologize, or move faster in anyway. Slowest customer service I’ve ever seen.
They are truly only concerned about money. I was turned away from being able to speak with a banker about the status of my account because "he was going to be a while with his appointment". The female assistant spoke for Antoine(may be incorrect spelling, but they refused to let me see him today, so I'm not sure what how it's spelled). The funniest part is that his "long appointment" walked in after me and ended up leaving right after me as I got back into my car with my son.
