On October 7 at 3:03 PM, I visited a Wells Fargo branch. A bank representative refused to assist me at all because I am not a Wells Fargo customer, even though I was only asking about general banking services.
The branch is conveniently located and usually has enough staff to help with my banking needs. I've had some friendly interactions, but there have been times when I've waited longer than expected for service. Overall, it's a decent experience, but a little improvement in wait times would make it even better.
