With WF overall, reported a fraud incident where someone had a new debit card mailed to a different address and depleted our funds. WF says they cannot verify fraud but have photos of the thief using debit card at ATMs in north Jersey, obviously not me.
Sorry there isn't a ratting lower than 1 star. The Manager and Bankers are not trained. Good Luck with Anything other than a Deposit or Withdrawal.
Just walked in to exchange some bills, when I heard the teller having a particularly pleasant conversation with her customers. The teller, Nadia, couldn't have been more warm or cheerful to the elderly couple she was talking to, if she had been their granddaughter. I've been a customer of this bank for over a decade and I've yet to see a teller act as friendly as she. Hats off to Nadia, she's a keeper!
Closed my accounts after being a customer since 1985. They closed the local offices and charged too many ATM fees. There's only 1 teller most times and the drive thru was closed down at the only safe office to visit.
