Wells Fargo charged me monthly service fees on my checking account without any clear notification or warning. There was no obvious email, text, or alert — I only discovered the charges after reviewing my statement. It feels deceptive and unfair to add fees without making sure customers are properly informed. Customer service at Wells Fargo is so efficient they decided one single banker is enough for the entire line. It's like staffing a rock concert with one security guard. Pro tip: bring a book, a snack, and maybe a tent—it's gonna be a while.

I wish I can put 0 stars. I had an appointment to open up an account at 11 in the morning, it's 11:30 as of now and they still haven't taken us in. One woman is walking around and she isn't taken us. The other 2 have had the same people at their desk for a while. Supposedly the process is 45 minutes. I've already been here for that long and they still have their clients. I noticed that they work very slowly and without a care. I would have walked out of here but my friend said we have waited too long and it would be a waste ... read more
