Absolute trash service. I have a dispute that says the company I am paying my bills to are not being paid. They are paid every month through Wells Fargo. You going to ask for assistance to get this resolved they say they can not do anything for me. Wells Fargo has no customer service. They made sure they were covered and pretty much said go to a library and print off what you need. I bank with you, you should be able to print off my proof. This branch has VERY low ratings for a reason! They were rude, inept, and disrespectful (at least two employees were). I tried to make a deposit and they couldn't get the check to read. I asked them if they tried to manually enter the info which was printed on the check (a commercial check drawn against Wells Fargo!), they claim they did. They claim they looked up the account number and the info matched the bottom. They obviously mistyped something and refused to try again. Saying "just have them re-cut the check". Friendly staff. Just not much help in ways of banking. It's just a wells fargo thing. All smiles no substance.
Everyone that I interacted with was incredibly welcoming, receptive, and helpful. Very kind people and very efficient service!
