The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It would be 5 Stars, but the parking area is pretty awful; pretty small oval lot, shared with a large apartment complex, & lots of blindspots to maneuver.
I have been a customer of Wells Fargo since 1998, and in nearly three decades of banking with your institution, I have never experienced the level of poor customer service that I encountered recently at one of your branches. I visited the branch to cash a personal check for less than $200 that had been written just two days earlier.
