First I’m a long term customer of Wells Fargo bank but probably not much longer. About 6 months ago placed a check stop pay online and got shocked with a $31.00 fee. Called the rockbridge branch and advised my disgust with them assisting the fee and advising next time to come to the branch where a stop pay could be done with no fee. So came to branch for a stop pay but advised by the customer service area that all stop pays, online or in house, are charged a $31.00 fee.
