the only branch willing to help after four different branches had no staff to open their lobby. wells fargo needs to step it up to help their customers.
Wells Fargo on Causeway has the worst possible customer service. The employees and even the management have ZERO desire to help customers and are so rude about having to do THEIR JOBS. The sarcasm and the attitudes of the staffing at this location is embarrassing. Way to get a person who has been banking with them for years and makes them a lot of business to close an account.
