Been with fargo ever since it used to be wachovia, never had problems what so ever!. Maybe you people who do need to look at yourself first, every one has bad days at work- get over it😂😂😂
Awful. They dislike senior citizens, made an 88 year old stand and wait for nothing. The bank was empty, we were told to make an appointment just like every other reviewer. A young lady said she has 5 minutes for us. Disgraceful. We needed a bit more time. Being a customer for 50 years means nothing. No manners. No service. What a shame! We remember what good service was like and we miss it.
All they do is pass responsibility around. This company is too big to care or actually help its customers. STAY AWAY OR YOULL BE LOCKED OUT OF YOUR FUNDS FOR NO REASON I received a Zelle transfer from my mother in law. Wells deemed it unauthorized and closed my account without letting my defend myself at all. 5 Wells Fargo employees, from inside the branch to loss preventions to the Facebook page to other Google review responses, all gave me the same BS about how it’s their discretion.
