I just want to give a huge thank you to Precious — she was absolutely amazing! My man and I came in today for a wire bank transfer, and she made the whole process so smooth and easy. The vibe was great from the moment we sat down — she was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so we understood every detail. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond like she did. Definitely one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a bank!

Been with fargo ever since it used to be wachovia, never had problems what so ever!. Maybe you people who do need to look at yourself first, every one has bad days at work- get over it😂😂😂
Awful. They dislike senior citizens, made an 88 year old stand and wait for nothing. The bank was empty, we were told to make an appointment just like every other reviewer. A young lady said she has 5 minutes for us. Disgraceful. We needed a bit more time. Being a customer for 50 years means nothing. No manners. No service. What a shame! We remember what good service was like and we miss it.
