Answered the phone right away. That’s pretty much all it takes to impress me I guess. I’m closer to another branch but I sat there and listened to their phone ring for way too long. Then I called this branch and they picked up immediately.
I just want to give a huge thank you to Precious — she was absolutely amazing! My man and I came in today for a wire bank transfer, and she made the whole process so smooth and easy. The vibe was great from the moment we sat down — she was kind, patient, and took the time to explain everything thoroughly so we understood every detail. It’s rare to find someone who genuinely cares and goes above and beyond like she did. Definitely one of the best experiences we’ve ever had at a bank!
Miranda, Isenya and Wilson are always helpful!!! A pleasure to go there and be serviced by them.
Been with fargo ever since it used to be wachovia, never had problems what so ever!. Maybe you people who do need to look at yourself first, every one has bad days at work- get over it😂😂😂
