Disrespectful staff to elderly long time customers. Staff there doesn’t want to work, will become aggressive and rude if you request services.
Used their ATM because most WF ATMs have options of smaller bills. This one did not. I immediately went inside and explained I just used their ATM and wanted smaller bills. She told me I needed to be a member to do that. So I asked "I need a membership to exchange money for money (exact amount)?" Seems ridiculous to me. Their ATM took fee from my non membership self real quick though. Its OK to live outside of the box a little, yall already had a bad rep for Military a few years back doing illegal stuff. It was $100.
