On Thursday, April 27, I took a Client...and Older Lady....into the San Ramon branch to check on her bank accounts. She has a relative help her with her Money and Bills. She was having a problem with her accounts. Umar, helped us figure out her 2 accounts. And her Debit Card. He explained EVERY thing to both of us. He was Very patient with all of our questions.
