Wells Fargo is a reputable bank with good services however last time I went in to this location, the teller was less than pleasant and helpful.
This bank is located close to home with friendly customer service. Lines are ever long and ATMs right in front. Very clean with great hours
Although this branch can be busy at times, the teller and management are very helpful. There is hardly any waiting time at the ATM station.
Most of the time they are more than cordial, they are helpful. If anything, they are more kind than necessary. Lines are seldom long.
I have been trembly pleased with th staff and service at the Douglas Blvd branch of Wells Fargo and I highly recommend them
Their customer service is exceptional. I've never been assessed with unexpected charges. Tellers are friendly and helpful.

I have to be honest. I am not a fan of Wells Fargo. Our account was hacked 4 times. They were never forthcoming when we inquired about why this kept happening. I found that the turn over was very high and we always had to deal with some one new.
Wells Fargo has been my bank for more than 8 years and this location on Douglas Boulevard in Roseville reminds me why I stick with them. There are outrageously long lines or long wait times... Everyone seems happy and eager to help.
