Nothing like being treated like a criminal and accused of bringing fraudulent checks into the location. I have banked with Wells Fargo since I began working as a kid. I get 2 checks from a huge Billion dollar company because they tried to screw me for 4500 and they got caught by an attorney with others like myself and they had to pay. Take it to my bank and the rest is history. I might add I just added 4 new checking accounts to total my accounts at 9 and I get treated like this. Impressively low service.

I stopped here to make a withdrawal. The teller counted out my money but refused to hand me my money until I listened to her sales pitch for their in-app AI. I will never go to this branch again and I’m seriously considering switching banks after 15 years with wells fargo if this continues to happen.

Ordered foreign currency, they were delivered in the morning yesterday May 5th. No call from the branch . I called multiple times with no answer. The answering machine said the bankers can’t answer your call and for your needs use automated services. Wells Fargo employees don’t care about their customers anymore but they get paid for doing nothing. In the entire branch, there is no one to answer a Phone . Zero customer service
