Went in to deposit a $12 check from a recycling center from dumping an old refrigerator. The check was issued to “bearer” meaning anybody. The man with black glasses asked me “who is bearer?” He wouldn’t cash the $12 check because my name is not bearer! You’ve got to be kidding me! I called the recycling center and they legitimately couldn’t believe what I was saying. All checks over $10 are issued to bearer
Aurelia Avina is the biggest help at this establishment always remembers peoples names and needs while staying on top of the task at hand. I hope management sees the quality in this man that we the customers see regularly.
The worst wellsf Ive ever been. Andrew doesn’t wanna to close my account by 340 because the “other customer “ was coming by 4pm. I went to my appt by 3pm but I forgot my previous DL with my maiden name , so I went home to pick this up and when I got it he said that LOL. Thanks for nothing
