Not a bank it's a call center
Customer beware! they put a lien on my property back on the year 2005 and now 18 years later, they still have it on my property and I don't owe them anything; and they can't find the loan information to remove it!! But there are very good at putting a lien on properties. Wells Fargo is good at that and with terrible customer service. They just keep transferring me to different departments and different phone numbers for over a week! My property is on escrow and is waiting for the lien release and the deal might not go thru b... read more
