I visited the branch today to work with Edmam. I can't say enough about the great service at this branch from the manager Gabe, Stephanie and Edmund. Everybody at this branch is great at their job and friendly while doing it.
Yesterday I received the BEST customer service from a teller--I think her name is Kathya. She patiently instructed me on how to set up Apple Pay and Zelle on my new phone. Because I incorrectly entered my username and password too many times, we had to begin the process over too many times. Nevertheless, Kathya would not give up on me!
This branch is wonderful. Gabriel is outstanding. He embodies everything that is important and correct in customer service. Gabriel is knowledgeable, helpful, professional, kind, and friendly. These are all qualities that you do not find often in our society currently. He has made banking a pleasure instead of a chore. Carole Gray
