I had an incredible experience at this branch. I arrived close to closing time needing to cash a check for a emergency, and while the initial policy was that I’d need an account and a scheduled appointment, the team went above and beyond. The bank manager, the teller, and the personal banker all stepped in to help me right then and there. They were professional, polite, and worked quickly to get my account set up and my check deposited so I didn't have to make a second trip. Truly exceptional customer service!
The ATM has been out of service. Nearest location is very inconvenient.
If yall ain’t gonna fix the ATM, at least open the drive thru back up

This is another location that I have had tellers lie to me and say they have removed the overdraft protection. Only for me to keep being charged! Over 3 years I have been trying at my local locations to get this turned off. I have been lied to told its off, only to keep being charged subscription fees. Then I go the Sleater Kinney branch and Miguel the manager gaslight me telling me its all my fault for not getting the subscriptions cancelled even though I told him I've tried canceling them(notoriously hard to get through to... read more
