I am a long time Wells Fargo customer. I am pleased with the products and service I receive. Recently I had a wonderful experience with a banker named Linda at the Mercer Island location. Linda was helping us sent up an account for my 16 year old daughter. She was so patient and kind and walked us through everything. She also helped my daughter goals for her savings and set up reminders and an ability to track her savings. Linda's service was spot on!
Recently, I have received outstanding help from Xiaoke Wang, AKA Coco. I have been banking at this branch for about 8 years. I have had good experiences generally, except that staff turnover has been high. My hope is that excellent bankers like Coco will be supported in their careers at Wells Fargo, leading to less turnover.

Really bad branch compared to any other Bellevue area local branch. Bad experience and the banker here tend to communicate with client through social media app instead of official email to avoid any official record which exposed a huge security issue. Banker not responsible to what they stated, they just tried to ask client to transfer their asset to the bank with decorated words, after the transition is done they just don't offer a glance anymore.
