I recently opened an account with Wells Fargo and hooked up my direct deposit. I will definitely be looking into different banking options. Every time I go to this location, no matter what time of day it is there is only ever 1 teller and at LEAST 3 people in line when I walk in. Brand new Wells Fargo couple months old and still ATM was made to use Cardless withdrawals, but few months in and still does not work or isn’t set up.for cardless transactions ? Why offer it online but not have it setup !?! Seems like A very big inconvenience for something that could be such a simple fix.
This new location is not good- ATM drive thru lanes are so narrow it’s hard to navigate with a large pickup. Parking lot is small- accident waiting to happen and then trying to cross Mason street is a nightmare! This branch is so much smaller- not sure why they had to leave the building on Fisk. Definitely not an upgrade!
