I deposited $1,000 cash into my account 5 days ago. It is not in my account. I have called every day and have asked to speak to the manager and am told he is not available. I did get put through to his VM once and left a message 4 days ago with no return call. I was told by an associate they made a mistake. I have my receipt and can see the money was deposited into someone else’s account. They are now sending me to a 1-800 customer service line and saying they cannot help me. I banked here for 20 years. I don't know why I didn't switch banks earlier. Fees, insanely poor customer service, and locations. This bank sucking is an understatement.
Went back twice in one day to deposit money, the line went out to the door and they only had one teller available. Avoid at all costs.
