Last week, I visited the Wells Fargo branch in Kennewick. I was a little worried after reading reviews before going, but Ms. Devin Maine, who handled our banking, was incredibly friendly and prompt in handling our banking needs, even providing us with updated information. While each customer may have different issues but we appreciate her assistance.
Very sad situation at this Branch plus Management is very poor. Help your local credit union guys
I have tried calling this branch a couple dozen times this week and not one time has someone picked up the phone! Beyond frustrated, I might take all my accounts elsewhere.
