This review addresses Wells Fargo’s overall customer service and security protocols. On Saturday, January 4, 2025, I received an email at 3:11 PM stating that my account had been frozen due to suspicious activity. Along with being locked out of online banking, I was instructed to contact the fraud department. Samantha at the front teller line needs to check her attitude. Rolling your eyes and scoffing at the fact I requested $100s to withdraw, instead of $50s. I'm sorry a customer came inside a bank to get large bills and politely asked if you could get more instead of only offering me half of the amount I asked for in large bills. Then you have the audacity to roll your eyes at me for asking to do your simple job while sitting on your a**. Terrible customer service. Everyone I deal with at the bank has always been kind helpful. Kimberly, my new banker is great!! Great service and great job.
Not so helpful- or not even helpful unless you deposit or withdraw money. Will never come back there for any other services. I would definitely recommend the one at Western Branch area. Its just my opinion per my experience.
Expect a wait inside and out. Only 1 or sometimes 2 tellers working at any one time. 3 and 4 customers deep in and out.
