Had a teller asking me so many questions about what I was doing inside the building if I had any business there if I was a customer all that I told her that I was a customer and that I was just waiting for my Lyft because it was cold outside she just kept questioning me so I just left waited outside obviously I was an inconvenience for her
I went to Sterling location around 3:55pm on 12/10/24. Waited over 7 mins at lobby but no one even acknowledged or even asked if I needed any help with anything. One employee(lady) even walked by me still didn’t ask what I was there for. It’s like I was invisible there. Please note: I wasn’t standing in front of teller line because I needed to open a CD. Waiting time is a joke!!!the staffs just ignore your time. I was waiting for my safety box access for an hour…people were coming and going, but the only thing the staff was telling me was ‘take a seat, someone will come and help you’
Horrible location you going for a deposit sent you to atm, I need to do a wire they will see if they are available tomorrow they always avoid help try to send you to a different bank
I have been Wells Fargo customer over 20 years, this is the worst location and customer service I came across, the location I normally go to closed recently, due to that I have to move my safe deposit here, each visit is a worst experience, except miss, Allison no one is good at customer service
