I moved from upstate New York to Richlands Virginia and transferred my money to the Wells Fargo Bank in Richlands. I am on Medicare and I usually get my check approximately 5 days before the due date which is great. I was eligible for both a debit and credit card both of which I use. I have had a great experience with this bank and those I have dealt with are professionals. Recently at 2:30 AM my phone alarm went off and woke me up. Good, quick, friendly service, very clean, and overall my banking experience with them has been above average and very minimal issues.
Think the person pretending to be Wells Fargo Bank Owner is a phisher.
Parking lot is just way TOO SMALL and a ATM at drive threw would be helpful... Making 2 ATM's available for customers. That would be so thoughtful and VERY HELPFUL!!!! OR, a couple ATMs at other locations would help as well. I chose this bank for convenience and more ATM"s would help solve the inconvenience
