I was refused depositing a check to my own account at this location.
They don't know how to change the euro to USD. They should learn knowledge about that base understanding of currency rates. They should be ashamed to work in the financial service. I wanted to change €600 euro to USD, but they was trying to give me about $550.
I have been a Wells Fargo customer for many years and this is the best service i have received for any Wells Fargo. Zohal Sharif was excellent. I came as the bank was closing Zohal still took the time to address my questions. She asked me to come the following day and sheduled an appontment for us to meet to close this issue i was having. She promised to call me the morning of the appointment to confirm some information. Went into the branch without an appointment to handle an important business matter. Met with Zohal and she was fantastic. She was patient, understanding, and if she did not have an answer to a question she was quick to find it. A very personal experience.
I don't typically leave reviews unless I am really impressed (or disappointed). I can say that this location and the staff are world-class. A++++++. Everyone from the teller to the personal banker to the manager to the premier banker are top notch. Highly recommend this branch for all of your banking needs.
