I visited an opened an account at the Tysons corner Pinnacle Drive branch. Beautiful building and terrific employees inside. They could not have been any kinder and professional. Great experience!
I got in a pinch with a lunatic landlord once and needed a year's printout of payments. These guys did this while I waited on my lunch hour. They are VERY professional, friendly and capable.
I went to the Wells Fargo McLean/Tysons branch to deposit a check, and the entire experience was an exercise in frustration. I was sent back and forth twice to gather additional documents. After bringing everything requested, there was no one available during regular business hours to verify my documents and complete the deposit. For the largest Wells Fargo building in Northern Virginia, it is unacceptable that they cannot properly staff their desk to handle a basic account transaction. A massive waste of time.
If you want to experience a morning by seeing your checking account get closed for NO reason, NO email notification or any kind of alerts in ahead, NO explanation(yes, you have to log onto the app to find this out by yourself, the only notification you got on the day it got closed is your email is no longer enrolled in Zelle), come to join this bank. Oh, do I even mention when I open my account here years ago, they even put my Last Name as First name while having my DL?
