Employees make me feel like im being scolded everytime i walk in and the service is just garbage. Clerk told me she couldn't cash my check. Because she didn't want to take the couple extra steps, i'm assuming because her co worker left for break as there was already 3 people sitting in line.
I came in with all required legal paperwork to update my name on my accounts, which should be a basic account maintenance task. This is now the second Wells Fargo branch where I was told I would need an appointment because only one banker was available. I have never had this much difficulty with a basic name change at any other financial institution.
