My very first visit to this location 1800 Main St. Vancouver Washington, I did not feel welcomed in the least, I shall not return. 13717 SE Mill Plain Blvd Ste A, Vancouver, WA 98684 always enjoyed being there, yes going out of my way to this location.
Banking service for the past 10+ years leaves the average costumer with much to be desired. Pulled my account when I was 16 in early 2010s for poor policies at this location . Have banked at IQ with ease for the next decade. Went in to make a payment for my elderly mom today (first time walking into a Fargo in a decade) and had an issue simply depositing money.
No drive up handicap accessible ATM, no drive up tellers, so as a wheelchair user I’m forced to unload, get out of my vehicle and go inside.
Wow! The manager Jen delivered exceptional customer service for our wire transfer today, fast, kind and went above and beyond! She was there another day for us writing a cashiers check too, this is our first time buying a home and it was nice to see the same person along our journey. Wells Fargo good job having Jen on your team.
