Not wheelchair accessible unless you have a caretaker to hold the door and push you inside. No automatic doors and bankers don't go to the door to open it for you. Also, bankers always ask what you're going to spend your money on as if it's not a deeply personal question when withdrawing money. Totally unprofessional.

It’s not nearly as common that you run into top notch customer service like she provided today, so writing you with this feedback on her is well earned. 1 overdraft gets you about 3 or 4, 35$ fees. Seriously, if you hit a point where you need to play catch up, wells fargo does not go easy. Currenyly struggling, and I'm sitting at 105$ negative just on fees. Don't bank here, craziest bank with overdraft fees.
Excellent customer service at the branch. Reham Siliman, personal banker, was wonderful. She was very helpful and went "above and beyond" to help me after my brother passed away. She's knowledgeable, caring, efficient and has followed up with me about concerns. Wells Fargo is fortunate to have employees like Reham!
