Always have good experience with staffs here. Everyone I have talked to, they are very sweet and helpful. Less crowded than other branches around the area.
Went in to wire money for closing on a house. They were closed to walk ins. I explained it was time sensitive and to see if they could fit me in. The answer was no. The manager told me to try another branch but other branches didn't accept walk ins either. I know covid is going on but I can walk into a restaurant. Plus they let people come in for withdrawal. I see this as a staffing issue. They could easily have more than one banker and still have social distance. Find another bank that doesn't hold your money hostage

It's getting better so give them time to earn back your trust. Is it still big bad bank? Of course. But gone are the hour long sales pitching that almost drove me away after a decade of banking here. I'm reviewing this location because it's always been one of the better ones, it's friendly and seldom are there lines out the door.
