Fortunately today had a good customer service.mrs Katherine Catabay ..-banker was very helpful..
This branch has the WORST service of any WF location I have been to. I had a real estate closing nearby so I decided to use this branch to get a cashier's check prior. Thankfully I showed up well in advance. I was the second person in line and it took 27 minutes before I was called up to a teller. Six people came into the branch and got in line behind me and all six left without being seen because it took too long. Unfortunately I did not have a choice and had to wait. I visited this Wells Fargo location yesterday afternoon, April 12th, and I was completely amazed at the customer service and hospitality by the staff members. I interacted with both bank tellers working that day, and each were exteremely nice, helpful, and accomodated to my needs. The bank manager also came by the customer line and asked how she could assist each customer which I have never seen performed before at a Wells Fargo branch. Major kudos to this Wells Fargo and its staff! I won't forget this trip!
