A frustrated rant to follow… I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer since 2003, and I’m not the type to leave negative reviews. But after my last two experiences at the Madison branch, I actually dug up an old junk Gmail account just to write this. A couple months ago, I walked in needing $300 in $1 bills for a bachelor party. I asked the teller, and even though she admitted they had plenty of $1s, she told me to use the ATM inside the branch instead. Their hours are not consistent with what’s on their website. Otherwise mostly good.
1-star for me as both a customer of Wells Fargo and a resident of Madison Park. The sign outside is simply heinous and an affront to both the eyes and the neighborhood. The previous sign was worse, but this is by no means an improvement.
dispense with all the how are we doing and how can i assist you and just talk normal. don’t tell me how to tap a card. stop saying if i can just have you..
