I stopped using the physical locations and find the phone service is way better. I've had several bad experiences paying checks in which is odd because I was adding money to my account. Some of the cashiers/bankers are OK, others don't seem well trained and lack customer service skills.
One teller working for a line out the door at 4pm. Middle of winter, everybody is in full coats for the weather and it was 80°+ in the branch. Hopefully never walking in there again.
