I stopped into the Kearns branch to resolve an issue with a closed account and had the good fortune to work with Abraham Patino, who patiently helped me resolve the issue. He took the time to assist me and ensured that I was able to settle everything in one visit.
I want to give a huge shoutout to Elizabeth at the Kearns branch for her incredible customer service. I had my Apple Wallet hacked and went through multiple frustrating experiences — including hours on the fraud line and a terrible experience at the other Park City branch — with no one able to help or even figure out what was going on.
