I came to get a paper notarized. I called day before and ask if I need an appointment they said no just come on in. We will be available. I come in today with my husband who had to leave work and of course all the notary people are too busy to help me. They asked if I have an appointment but I was told not to make one. They asked me to come back at another time and make a appointment. Now my husband has lost time from work for nothing. We still didnt get anything notarized. I stopped into the Kearns branch to resolve an issue with a closed account and had the good fortune to work with Abraham Patino, who patiently helped me resolve the issue. He took the time to assist me and ensured that I was able to settle everything in one visit.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Elizabeth at the Kearns branch for her incredible customer service. I had my Apple Wallet hacked and went through multiple frustrating experiences — including hours on the fraud line and a terrible experience at the other Park City branch — with no one able to help or even figure out what was going on. Elizabeth completely turned that around. She spent over two hours carefully combing through my account, tracking every detail, and identifying the issue that everyone else had missed.
