Great staff at this branch. Karla really helped and was very polite and really professional. Great employee.
This review is from almost a year ago. I am leaving a public review because a I reported it to corporate and I can see by other reports that nothing was done. Last may I went to cash a large check that I received after my father passed away. I was treated as if it was fake, even after I told the manager what it was for. It was an emotional time as depositing the check was another reminder of my loss. I actually like all of the employees I’ve met at this location except the “branch manager” who has a problem with me each time I come in and looks for reasons to challenge any action I make. Byron is not qualified to be here. His customer service is not there at all. Totally opposite! Wells Fargo please hand him his walking papers before you lose more customers.
Wells Fargo is the place that I bank and have done so for a very long time, I have only had a few problems with them in the past. Otherwise it's been a good banking institution for me.
