I actually like all of the employees I’ve met at this location except the “branch manager” who has a problem with me each time I come in and looks for reasons to challenge any action I make. Byron is not qualified to be here. His customer service is not there at all. Totally opposite! Wells Fargo please hand him his walking papers before you lose more customers.
Wells Fargo is the place that I bank and have done so for a very long time, I have only had a few problems with them in the past. Otherwise it's been a good banking institution for me.
Hire people to work or close your doors.
