I stopped at this location and asked to open an account just to see how is the customer service. It was 45 min till closing - teller told me they are closing and there is no one to help me. I asked for a manager - she stated there is no manager in the building.
Have been coming to this location for my Business deposits for years and all of a sudden now their telling me I need my a passport to make deposits???
Super bad behavior with customer , even they are available not helped to customer.
Made a money order before, and came in and had another one made within minutes.
Worst branch ever! Have had several issues over the years when depositing checks at this location. Multiple calls to this branch go unanswered during NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS ON A WEEKDAY. I guess they are all busy looking for new jobs for when this branch will inevitably close due to the ridiculously poor customer service. Take your business elsewhere.
