I had an excellent experience with Tacillia during my visit yesterday. Even though she was working at a branch that wasn’t her usual location, she provided outstanding service. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire interaction. Her positive attitude and efficiency made my visit quick and pleasant. The bank is lucky to have such a dedicated and skilled employee. I truly appreciate her great work!
The lady I opened a credit account with was nice and was very helpful
I've dealt with this bank several years ago and was always happy with it. Now several years later, I opened an account online and it was very easy and straightforward. I wasn't happy with the fees imposed on my account due to direct deposit requirements not being met. I spoke to the bankers but they said they didn't have any free accounts anymore.
