Horrible customer service. Never knowledgeable about what they’re doing and policy. Does not own up to their mistakes and employees are rude.
Called them about 1,000 times to speak to them and they will never pick up the phone
This location closes at 12. I showed up at 11:30 to talk to someone about expanding my business with them and was told it was too late to talk to an actual banker. Why even be open if you turn away clients.
Amazing customer service. Ms. Flores was so helpful and was able to get us everything that we need.
