Terrible customer service
Cordless wireless reader at this branch has not been working for months.
I love my Well Fargo bank on Main st in Grapevine, everyone Always so friendly,
I have been waiting on a refund check for thousands of dollars from Wells Fargo for over 2 months. When I finally got a hold of a representative they said that they have cashed my check. They confirmed that they have my contact information and address. Instead of giving me my refund they cashed my check for themselves. They only give me the contact information for customer support and never help me. Something weird is happening with this bank. I can’t get my money, talk to a real person, or hold them accountable. Wells Fargo gets larger and more expensive, while offering less & less service. Getting cash for Christmas cards, and discovered they closed the drive thru. The ATM at drive thru is dead, and there's no ATM in lobby. I regret keeping accounts open through Wells Fargo the past 25 years.
