I love my Well Fargo bank on Main st in Grapevine, everyone Always so friendly,
I have been waiting on a refund check for thousands of dollars from Wells Fargo for over 2 months. When I finally got a hold of a representative they said that they have cashed my check. They confirmed that they have my contact information and address. Instead of giving me my refund they cashed my check for themselves. Wells Fargo gets larger and more expensive, while offering less & less service. Getting cash for Christmas cards, and discovered they closed the drive thru. The ATM at drive thru is dead, and there's no ATM in lobby. I regret keeping accounts open through Wells Fargo the past 25 years.
Went to ask for a pen near the drive up atm because I needed to sign a check, flamboyant male instantly says “we are closed” like I didn’t look at the time before coming in? I knew the establishment was closed.. but I saw 3 people walking out of a bank and odds of having a pen on them are probably pretty high, so the fruit fella was disrespectful. On top of that I get stared at like I’m a axe murderer or as if I’m crazy for asking to use a pen.. I mean really 2 of the 3 people looked at me as if I had them at gun point like ... read more
