Idk I like This Wells Fargo, I don’t remember the bank tellers name who helped me set my account up, but she was really nice and very friendly She treated me like a human being, usually other banks don’t really care to much about peoples personal life’s, and what they do for a living. This one did! Idk something about her was really Interesting ! I don’t remember her name! But she was really nice! And definitely makes the company look good! When I’m a Billionaire I’ll come back here and hope to see her again!
Came in to this location very frustrated today after having a bad experience at the Wells Fargo on berry street had my mind set to close my account that I have had for many years, now I have a decision to make because Leo and the manager Maria were very nice and understanding and were able to help me with no hesitation. Excellent Customer Service, Wells Fargo definitely has 2 great employees here that know what they are doing.
They don’t maintain their ATM, there’s only 20s available. When you go inside, there is only one teller for the 10 lanes they’ve created. Terrible hours of operation.
Depositing cash into a business account costs money, apparently. A lot. But the tellers will let you find out the hard way like I just did. A jar of mustard has better customer service. Teller walked away from me as I walked up to receive the UPS guy who had not even walked in the door yet. Oh she saw him coming though. Thanks! Maybe you should put this bank in a building that makes sense for a bank btw. Or put an ATM inside? Ridiculous building and bad service.
Nayeli helped me set up my account. She was, helpful, patient, and knew her stuff. Maria was kind on the phone and the bank teller who's name started with an "M"...I think Mageli? (im sorry, I can't remember your name) was kind as well. Thank yall!
