Waited for my wife and had to use the restroom, went inside Wells Fargo to ask the security guard what the code was for the door to restroom, she was very hostile and being rude told me to get out the door
I go through the commercial lane at this location and it always seems to be an issue. There's only one hispanic lady older and one black older lady, they actually try everybody else, don't give an dame....... I think it's time to find another bank. They obviously don't want our money here.
I no longer use Wells Fargo, but I needed to get 50 one dollar bills for my dad to pay for his dialysis Transportation. I used the drive thru and gave the attendant 3 twenty dollar bills. I asked for 50 one dollar bills and 1 ten dollar bill. I was in a hurry , so I didn’t count it, like I normally do. When I got home I noticed there wasn’t a ten dollar bill in my envelope. My mom walked in a few minutes ago to try to get her account closed. She walked out because of how rude one of the bankers was to her. The bankers weren’t doing anything but she was told they were waiting on people. They were literally just talking with the tellers. Extremely unprofessional. I wish she would’ve gotten their names.
