I hardly ever go inside the wells fargo branch, but today I had the pleasure to meet Sonya. I express to Sonya the reason of my withdrawal for the day we were planning to make a money bouquet for my daughter's birthday. Sonya right away cheerfully said that she would do what she could to give me new bills in order to make bouquet standout. She came back and to my surprise she gather new bills neatly and made sure what she handed me was crisp new bills. Sonya went above normal customer service and I applaud her for that.
