Mayra is amazing, she was diligent, kind and so caring. Allowed me to ask as many questions and informed me about every option. She’s great! And unfortunately I started feeling so unwell she cared enough to get me a fan, water & a couple peanut butter cups. Truth be told I might’ve scared the mess out that sweet woman. Goes to show how she is willing to go above and beyond for her customers/clients. Thank you so so very much, once again Mayra. I definitely will be recommending you & your office!
Got a credit card, they are so inept it is unable to notify via text alert when I make a charge. Moronic. Every other credit card Capital One can do this.... lame. Called them 3x!!
We went in today to modify our account. Everyone was very nice! The tellers were welcoming and friendly when checking us in. We then met with Michelle, who was fantastic! She is top notch in customer service and also very friendly! Our adjustments were made in a timely manner and it was a great overall experience! We thank you!
