Mayra is amazing, she was diligent, kind and so caring. Allowed me to ask as many questions and informed me about every option. She’s great! And unfortunately I started feeling so unwell she cared enough to get me a fan, water & a couple peanut butter cups. Truth be told I might’ve scared the mess out that sweet woman. Got a credit card, they are so inept it is unable to notify via text alert when I make a charge. Moronic. Every other credit card Capital One can do this.... lame. Called them 3x!!
We went in today to modify our account. Everyone was very nice! The tellers were welcoming and friendly when checking us in. We then met with Michelle, who was fantastic! She is top notch in customer service and also very friendly! Our adjustments were made in a timely manner and it was a great overall experience! We thank you!
Such nice folks here! My car was disabled and they let me sit in the lobby while I waited for assistance (it was hot!) and even offered me water. This despite the fact that I don't bank here.
No more issues. They were fixed.
