Didn't get a name because I didn't know I was going to get such rude service. So I am in there to make a deposit I didn't had mu card but did had my account number, well he wasn't very happy with that. I still said thank you and he didn't even said you're welcome have a good day. Such great customer service. I bank with shell and Gulf coast and their service has always being top notch very helpful.
