I do not recommend this bank. The way they treated me and other members of my party was disrespectful and unhelpful. As someone who was new to Wells Fargo, this location acted as if I was informative and seemed to mock my knowledge compared to one of the bankers. She was rude, and we were in and out of the bank because she did not want to elaborate on anything.
I had to open up a new account and Rodney made it super easy and quick. He was pleasant to talk to as well, and gave great advice. I definitely recommend
Rodney was on time for our appointment and overall provided great customer service. My husband and I appreciated his willingness to help and personality.
