I was lucky to be assisted by Rodney this morning. He had a wealth of knowledge and was more than willing to share and help provide me with any and all information to make the decisions that worked best for me. He was not only an absolute professional but also incredibly kind.
My friend lost his debit card, and the employees were super helpful. We figured out what we needed to do, and it was quick and smooth.
If you are a person of color stay away. I have never encountered such disrespect from someone behind the counter. They act like you are a burden on them and proceed to make racist remarks. They will make you wait upwards of 10 minutes while they gossip about UNT students with accent ( apparently their money is NOT good enough) Overall a disgrace to Well’s Fargo banking institutions.
