This Company is the absolute worst, everyone I know who has had an account or business accounts here say this company continuously fees you to death and screws you. And funny that all the Denton branches actually have terrible customer service.
I went into this Wells Fargo location after a very disappointing encounter with the one on Locust st, and I’m so glad I did! I have been with Wells Fargo for 11 years. I have a young child with ASD, who unfortunately got ahold of a hard earned $100 note AND RIPPED IT UP!! While that was very upsetting, I read online that with more than 51% of the bill intact, banks would exchange it. The first location turned me away and I was close to tears.
