Maldito mal servicio que tienen esta gente,uno llega temprano y nos dicen que hay que hacer una maldita cita,y ahora hay que esperar 4 horas y no viene desde Oklahoma,no lo recomiendo,gracias
Their Customer Service representative was very helpful, she was busy but was trying to accommodate us all as much as possible.
I was supposed to have an advisor call me back. And of course I never heard from him. I talked to him on a Friday he was supposed to call me on Monday and I never got a call. I'm assuming you have to be rich in order for them to want to talk to you. There was a guy at the Plano branch with more willing to help
