They literally had the balls to reply to this review and tell me to use self-service options? Seriously? What an ignorant unprofessional response! This clearly shows how little you care you your customers! Disgusting. The number of 1 star reviews is astounding! This horrible apathetic entitle management is exactly why. Ridiculous! It is unacceptable to have one single slow teller. I should not have to wait 15 minutes to get to the window!
