Consistently for customer service every single time I come. If they weren't the closest, I would have given up. It also doesn't help when the tellers don't understand how to do their jobs. There's a difference between checks are being deposited and checks that you are receiving cash from. Training is absolutely necessary for this branch. add on: I just want to add that I can't deposit a check by ATM, because Wells Fargo lost a check once that just by dumb luck I had deposited in person. I came into Wells Fargo after receiving a roll of coins with gross green residue and mold all over them in an envelope. So I went back to return the roll of coins and asked the manager Antonio Brooks if he could switch them out for me. He denied my request and said he refused to change them out even though they gave me those coins. I call the Wells Fargo down the street and the manager didn’t even think twice to say that he would replace them out.
