Abysmal service. Anyone who banks here should consider switching.
I went to this particular branch to deposit my check in my business account and they couldn’t do it for me without given me a concrete or genuine reason. A genuine check issued to me by one of my good clients which I respect a lot. I don’t know if it’s the size of my skin or they couldn’t believe that I can owned a company to deposit that amount of money. But they did not deposit my check which I went to a different branch just 7mins drive from that location and they were so nice and did deposit my check without answering me... read more
I visited this branch to provide address proof for my checking account within 30 days. Banker assured me that everything is fine. However they still closed my account without any notification because of some problem with my address. I feel disappointed that I visited branch to just provide address proof. I ALWAYS have an EXCEPTIONAL experience when I visit my neighborhood bank (17th & West End Avenue Nashville, TN). Deonna was extremely patient, polite, and professional! Sandra was awesome and extremely polite (as usual)! This is my absolute favorite Wells Fargo location in the city! Keep up the great customer service Queens. 💗
I've had a missing cashier's check from a Wells Fargo account for about 5 months. I've tried to resolve this at 3 different branches with no luck. Antonio, the branch manager, at this branch took the time to help me resolve this issue. It was not an easy task but he helped me instead of passing me along to another branch. I'm forever grateful!
