Consistently for customer service every single time I come. If they weren't the closest, I would have given up. It also doesn't help when the tellers don't understand how to do their jobs. There's a difference between checks are being deposited and checks that you are receiving cash from. Training is absolutely necessary for this branch. add on: I just want to add that I can't deposit a check by ATM, because Wells Fargo lost a check once that just by dumb luck I had deposited in person. Appallng lack of customer service. Sat in reception area 15 minutes. No one in sight but 1 teller. No wonder their rating is 2.8.
