The teller that I worked with was super nice and helpful and then apologetic; but banker Scott was incredibly rude, arrogant and insulting. Refusing to answer my questions rather trying to make me feel inferior to him because he wasn’t listening to the question I was trying to ask. Terrible customer experience from him. I normally bank in Harrisburg NC or in my mothers town of Chapin but that branch was a matter of convenience. It’s worth the extra drive time NOT to deal with him.
