Today I went inside too cash a check and was told a LIE for no reason that was so inconvenient ... she told me my check didn't have account number and I needed to speak to the person who wrote the check and I knew for sure the check was good but the teller just didn't feel like doing her damn job and didn't have much knowledge . I'm 9 months pregnant and had to extra running around because the teller didn't want to go the extra mile. . and take her time to help me.
Yassssss. I called this morning because I needed some help. Ms. Nikki, was great. She answered my questions and told me what I could do. The other two ladies at the counter, you were great as well. Thank you for the wonderful customer service.
Took thirty minutes too late in line thirty minutes only had one teller waiting on this crowd... Wells Fargo can do better and I can bank elsewhere...
