SENIORS BEWARE!!! Wells Fargo does not operate to help you with your money,, they are there to CONTROL your money. If you try to make an investment. Legal and above board, and it's not thru them, they WILL report you to their fraud department. Then if you close out your accounts and remove your money from their bank...they will file FALSE accusations with the PA DEPT OF AGING. This happened to me. Not only do they invade your privacy (wells fargo). But then try to claim your incompetent and can't handle your own finances.
I recently was hacked and was very upset, physically and emotionally. My husband and I went to this branch to close some accounts. All of the employees were very concerned not just about our financial needs but my personal needs as a human being. They all went above and beyond customer service duties and treated me with heart felt compassion. I am very thankful and will be recommending Wells Fargo. It's nice to know that people really do care about you. Thank you to the staff for being so personable.
NEVER GO TO WELLS FARGO Over charges, five dollar money order where othe banks are free and post office is one dollar. They won't cash checks and require you to deposit them. OMG.....
