The teller refused to assist me with my request. She advised the tellers and bankers were too busy. If I could give it zero I would.
Very rude blond older woman that claimed to be the manager when i asked to speak to one- she most likely is but very unprofessional. I went to cash a check there that the check was drawn from Wells Fargo had my state ID and even made sure to call before i came and they said ID was fine. I don't have credit cards and i don't have a password. So i went in and she denied me cashing the check.... so i guess this is worthless then. Been to a few Fargo banks to cash my check and never had a problem good customer service.. but want in to this Fargo bank today ..lady at the front was Rude and racist....don't go to this at all ..this is my 3rd time getting this from the people who work here .. just don't work here if you are like .this
